2 cups fresh tomatoes – cut in ½” cubes
¼ cup green beans – sliced
1 cup button mushrooms, cleaned and thoroughly washed in hot water – sliced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon dried basil(optional)
1 teaspoon coriander leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all the vegetables. In small bowl mix rest of ingredients.
Add to veggies.
Toss gently till spices are evenly spread thru out. Chill overnight.
