Corn Raita

Tender corn corbs - 2
beaten curds - 2 cups
cumin seeds - 1 tsp
green chillies - 2
1/2" piece ginger, minced
coriander leaves - a few sprigs
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp sugar



Remove the corn from the corbs and boil in salted water with a oinch of turmeric powder till it becomes tender. remove from fire and drain out the water. Grind chillies and ginger to a paste.

Mix the chilli paste, sugar, garam masala and corn into the curds. Heat 1 tblsp ghee and put in the cumin seeds; when they stop popping, pour into the curds. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
