Banana Raita

2 ripe bananas, cut into thin rings
2 cups beaten curds
1 tsp mustard seeds
A few mint leaves
A handful of coriander leaves
1" piece ginger.
A pinch of asafoetida
1 tsp. sugar
Salt and chilli powder to taste



Grind the mustard to a fine powder.

Mix together all the above ingredients with tye exception of coriander and mint leaves.

Serve garnished with coriander and mint leaves
